Issue 1:with out 4G LTE or 3G function
Solution: firstly make sure your sim card with 4G function currently,if not yet ,call your phone carrier to open 4G LTE service.secondly,different countries with different carriers.some of them support 4G LTE bands.some does not. and where to check out the details ?check from the following link:

Step 3:click”search”.then we can see Le French Mobile & Lebara Mobile Carriers do not support 4G LTE

Issue 2:can not connect to wifi
Solution:firstly make sure your router in stable condition.then try another phone to see if wifi works well with it or not.finally enable airplane mode for 30 seconds, toggle it off, and try connecting again.

Issue 3:overheating
Solution:usually phones are getting hot for the following reasons 1, user’s wrong habbit 2,user download too much app 3,use the phone while charging.try not to use your phone while you’re charging it and don’t use high CPU-sucking apps.

Issue 4:can not turn on
Solution :charge your phone for up to one hour.then you will see the charging screen.if you don’t see within an hour, make sure that everything is plugged in firmly, free of debris, and not damaged. if the problem still exist,you might try a different USB cable or power adapter.

Issue 5:memory does not match description
Solution:about the RAM and ROM:system software takes part of the memory, so display data is smaller than original data.
